Building Microsoft failover clustered HyperV LAB at home

Error resolved: Hyperv cannot be installed: A Hyperviser is already running.
Build your own Microsoft failover clustered HyperV LAB at home.  it is very easy and simple. What you need is good computer and some softwares. I used below laptop and softwares.

Dell N5010 Laptop (Hardware configuration)
  • Quad core processor (intel VT support)
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 300 GB HDD 
Softwares
  • VMware workstation 8 trial/Evalution (source: VMware.com)
  • Windows 2008 R2 ISO trial/Evalution (source: Microsoft.com)
